This week you'll find free coffee, some of the free SXSW festival deals and more. Remember if you spot a deal, send me an e-mail.

Free Spaghetti

Monday, March 15th Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant is holding a promotion where it claims its trying to break the world record for world's largest bowl of spaghetti. So it is giving away free bowls of spaghetti all day. You have to buy a small or large pasta entree, then you'll get a bowl of spaghetti with marinara or meat sauce free. This is for dine-in orders only.

Go here to find a location near you.

Free Coffee

Every Monday in March Dunkin’ Donuts is giving away free coffee or iced coffee.

Album Deals

Amazon.com has added a few new albums to their incredible deals page. You can download 100 different albums for just $5. Check out the March selections here.

Free Potty Training DVD

Huggies has a terrific potty training DVD that the company is giving away free. The supplies are limited and it can take a few weeks to get the video, but I ordered one for my nephew and just got it in the mail this week. Go here to sign up.

Free photo book

Snapfish is offering a free 5x7 photo book. You've got to take advantage of the deal by March 14th.

SXSW Festival Deals

The film and internet portion of SXSW kicks off this weekend. You can go here to find a list of all the free events during the festival.

This web site mentions all the freebies local businesses are offering for those with SXSW wristbands.

Blue Jean Deal

The Gap is running a promotion through March 14th where if you bring in your old blue jeans you can get 30 percent off a new pair.

Save on car repair

Jamie sent me an e-mail about this site. It's called Frugal Mechanic.com. It lets you search, save and compare auto parts. It won't have all of your cars parts. For example I did a quick search of my car and only found two options.

Birthday Deals

Lots of restaurants and campanies offer birthday deals. Yahoo.com put together a terrific list. Some places require you to sign up for their so-called birthday clubs. Here are some of the deals you can sign up for.

Denny’s - Kids enrolled in the Denny's Birthday Club will receive a birthday card entitling them to a free kids meal and sundae at a participating Denny's restaurant as long as they're with an adult paying for a regular-priced adult entrée.

Firehouse Subs -- Sign up for the Firehouse Subs mailing list and selecting your favorite sandwich on the restaurant's menu, you can get a certificate for a free sub during your birth month.

Coldstone Creamery -- Here’s one of my favorites, Coldstone  calls their promotion "the sweetest birthday possible". You'll have to create an account on the company's Web site and sign up to receive other promotions.

Baskin Robbins --  also has a birthday club. It entitles members to a free 2.5-ounce scoop of ice cream and discount on a birthday cake. Again you have to create an account, but you can opt out of e-mail newsletters and other offers unrelated to your free birthday ice cream and cake deal.

Olan Mills --  offers free baby portraits for parents who want to record their child's growth in pictures during their early years. Portraits can be taken every year on your kid's birthday up to age 3, and one 8-by-10, one 5-by-7 and four wallet-sized prints are free.
