This week you'll find lots of back to school savings, some fun family events and more. Enjoy!

 Tax free weekend

This Friday, Saturday and Sunday, August 17 through the 19th is the state’s annual tax free weekend. It’s a way to save sales tax on many of the school supplies you buy your kids. This means you will not pay sales tax on most clothing, footwear, school supplies and backpacks priced under $100. You won’t save a ton of money, but about $8 on every $100 you spend. You can find more information on all the products where you can save here.
