Food deals
Don't forget McAlister’s Deli is giving away free tea today, Wednesday, July 27th.
Buca is celebrating National Lasagna day by giving away a free lunch sized portion of lasagna with the purchase of a small or large pasta or entrée Thursday, July 28th
Mimi’s Café is offering a few bogo deals. Get a free breakfast entrée with the purchase of a breakfast entrée or get a free two pack of muffins with any purchase. The breakfast deal is good through Thursday, July 28th and the muffin deal is good through August 2nd.
I love grilling salmon up during the summer months. This week there’s a great deal on Wild Alaska salmon at Whole Foods. It’s a one day deal for $8.99/pound this Friday, July 29. Thanks Sara for the tip!

Help Children
Check out the Austin CowParade which rolls into town today Wednesday, July 27th from 7-9pm at the Long Center.  40 CowParade.  Michael Jackson's "Thriller" jacket will also be on display. Final Children’s Day
The final Children's Day Art Park for this summer will be on Wednesday, July 27, 2011.  Free for adults and just 50¢ per child, Children's Day Art Park is a fun morning at Symphony Square, hosted by The Austin Symphony. Thanks Heidi at Free Fun in Austin.com for the tip!
