Cold Stone Creamery is having the 9th annual World’s Largest Ice Cream social Thursday, September 30th from 5 to 8pm and receive a free 3 ounce Kate’s creation. That’s caramel apple ice cream mixed with chocolate shavings, graham cracker pie crust and apple pie filling.

Great American Cookie is giving away a free cookie Friday, October 1st from 10am to 2pm to anyone who donates a new or gently used book. The company says the project is in honor of October being National Cookie month and so they’ve launched a Reading is Sweet book drive.
