A business class airline is hoping to change the way you fly. Open Skies is offering a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. As the company says, “love everything or pay nothing”.

There are a few catches. You can only fly out of New York and Washington, DC. and only flies to Paris.

You also have to purchase a ticket in Biz seat or Biz bed, as I mentioned above the flight must originate in Newark or Washington, DC and be purchased and flown between now and November 30th. If you're not satisfied, you’ve got to send a letter within 30 days of your return date saying why you were not satisfied. And it can’t be caused by weather or “any other extraordinary circumstances”.

You can read some of the fine print  yourself.

The company itself is pretty confident in its service. It's been around since 2008. It's a subsidiary of British Airways and according to the company a recent survey found nearly 97 percent of passengers would recommend it to a friend or colleague.

Who knows? With Southwest buying up AirTran and keeping their no baggage fees mantra and now this, maybe these airlines will start a new trend of catering to passengers.
