Watch Out Tierra...Cougars Bite

Tierra’s jealousy reared its ugly head tonight when AshLee received the first one on one date card. Tierra referred to her as a “cougar” and questioned why AshLee at the ripe old age of 32 was still single. Oh no she didn’t! Yes she did…and AshLee decided to take it upon herself the let Sean know the real reason Tierra was having such a “hard time” in the house…she’s just not a nice person. Frankly I think AshLee is too nice. I think she could have said a lot more than she did to Sean. Tierra should have been grateful that the conversation wasn’t worse. But apparently it was enough to create doubt in Sean’s mind about whether or not Tierra was marriage material.
Tierra received the second one on one date and instead of being happy that she FINALLY got her one on one with Sean, she took that moment to complain that her date was going to be in town instead of out on the water or at the beach. She showed her immaturity and selfishness. I don’t think there is any doubt that this “mature woman of 24”, as she called herself, is anywhere near a place in her life where she is emotionally ready to have a real relationship.
On Tierra’s one on one with Sean, she called him out about the distance she was feeling between them and revealed her suspicion that someone was trying to sabotage their relationship. It truly is amazing to see the two sides to Tierra. I think the girl really needs some help…professional help. I’m glad Sean was able to realize that even though he had a good time with Tierra, she wasn’t wife material. He didn’t even need to bring her to meet his sister who had warned him to avoid “the girl that everyone hates”. Once he arrived at the girls suite, he could see what an emotional wreck Tierra was and he knew that he needed to let her go right then rather than drag it out. That girl’s “sparkle” was gone! Long gone! And what grown woman says “sparkle” anyway? That girl’s nuts! I think everyone in the house and everyone at home was happy to see her car drive away.
The group date was a little awkward. If you had told me at the beginning that he was going to keep all three of them, I wouldn’t have believed you. They are all soooo completely different. Maybe it came down to the no makeup test…which I have to say was really strange. Waking up a room full of sleeping women before dawn to snap photos of them in the dark, sounds more like a pervert than prince charming, but Sean wanted to see what they were hiding under all that foundation and mascara. I guess he liked what he saw because they all managed to make it to the end of the episode with a rose.
The person who seemed most surprised to make it to the end was Catherine, who had an extremely unusual reaction to seeing Lesley go home. She started crying as Sean walked Lesley out and later said that she had no idea what Sean was looking for if she was staying and Lesley was going home. I think if she’d been on Lesley’s one on one date, she would have known. It was clear to me that Lesley was holding back and even though I’m sure it was out of fear, I’m also sure that it was probably because she knew that they weren’t really right for each other. If she had gone all in, she might have been the one taking Sean home to meet her family instead of Catherine.
I think Desiree and AshLee are the front runners at this point, but maybe Lindsay will surprise us all. She started the season in a wedding dress…she could end the season in one too!
