KVUE received a Gavel Award at the Freedom of Information Foundation of Texas luncheon on August 10.
The recognition was for former KVUE reporter Andrew Horansky's story "Criminalizing Kids." Andrew is now a general assignment reporter at KHOU, our sister station in Houston.
