Who's ready for some sunshine? If you are, you'll love Wednesday. Sunny, dry, and warmer Wednesday, with highs in the mid-70s.

High temperatures will remain in the mid-70s Thursday, but clouds and moisture will increase in the afternoon.

Our next cold front arrives Friday afternoon, with a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Temperatures will drop behind the front into the 40s by Friday evening.

A mix of clouds and sun on Saturday, with highs in the upper 40s and low 50s.

A strong cold front will move through the area on Sunday morning, making for a windy and cold afternoon with highs in the 40s. This front will not have any moisture to work with, so rain stays out of the forecast.

By Christmas morning, temperatures will be below freezing area-wide, with lows in the 20s across the area. We'll have a dry airmass in place, so no snow, sleet, or freezing rain, despite the frigid temperatures.

Partly cloudy, dry and chilly for Christmas Afternoon. Highs will be in the low 40s.
