A new study says making $75,000 a year is what it takes to make workers happy.
The study conducted by CareerBuilder.com found that most people say they'd feel valued and happy with their pay at $75,000 a year.
But 65 percent say they aren't satisfied with what they're making now.
The study also found that men are twice as likely as women to need $100,000 for them to feel more successful, and women are less likely to ask for a raise.
