Two Travis County tax offices were closed Wednesday due to A Day Without Women, according to a sign in the door at one of the offices.

The Oak Hill and McKinney Falls tax offices were both closed on Wednesday, according to the Travis County Tax Office Facebook page. A sign hanging on the door of the McKinney Falls office said that the office was closed "due to staffing shortages in observance of A Day Without Women."

The main office, located at 5501 Airport Blvd, remained open but with limited service.

Both offices are scheduled to resume normal business hours on Thursday.
