The Rainey Street bar Icenhauer's was fined earlier this year for a May 20 offense of "refilling," the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission confirmed Thursday.

Refilling, the practice of refilling a container of alcohol with the same or different type of drink, is a criminal offense punishable by the TABC.

Icenhauers was one of the several businesses across Texas accused of refilling or substituting alcohol, our news partners at the Austin American-Statesman reported.

The TABC said Icenhauers paid the $900 fine in July.
