A man is in jail after driving on the wrong side of the road while in possession of PCP with his 9-year-old nephew in the vehicle, according to an arrest affidavit.
Police stopped Little Hill Jr., 35, around 8 a.m. on Wednesday, June 14, in the 4200 block of McKinney Falls Parkway. Officers traveling southbound on the road witnessed Hill traveling north when he veered into their lane, driving straight at them. The officers turned on their lights and pulled Hill over, according to the affidavit.
The officers said that when they made contact with Hill, he appeared disoriented and said he did not know why they had stopped him. He denied driving on the wrong side of the road and accused the officers of "messing with" him. He eventually became agitated and started "slamming the inside of his vehicle and repeatedly stated 'y'all are just f---ing with me'," the affidavit said.
Because of his unusual behavior and lack of knowledge that he had been driving on the wrong side of the road, officers asked Hill to exit the vehicle and conducted a sobriety test. The officers determined that Hill was intoxicated. They also found a vial of clear liquid in his shirt pocket which was determined to be PCP.
Hill was charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving with a child while intoxicated.
