The Williamson County Sheriff's Office is no longer classifying an 18-year-old woman's death as suspicious.

Instead, a preliminary autopsy report revealed that the woman, identified as Lauren Elaine Nowka of Georgetown, found dead in her bed had a preexisting medical condition that caused her death, the sheriff's office confirmed to KVUE Tuesday.

The parents of Nowka told the sheriff's office they didn't want to specify their daughter's condition.

Officials said they received the call about a reported death between 11 and 11:30 a.m. Saturday from the Buck Bend area off County Road 176.

Initially, officials said they believed the death was suspicious due to her age and the fact she had no prior medical issues.
