As part of an undercover investigation, police arrested a man Tuesday they said sent numerous sexually explicit text messages to a girl he knew was a minor and who he allegedly sexually assaulted beforehand.

Police said an undercover investigator began to exchange text messages with Andrew Glass III, 35, on Sept. 17, 2016, posing as the victim.

Andrew Glass, 35, charged with online solicitation of a minor.

From September to October, Glass allegedly sent text messages, nude photos, explicit videos, and child pornography to the phone of the young girl.

However, Glass was unaware during the phone exchange that he was actually talking to the undercover investigator.

On Tuesday, the suspect told the "minor" through text that he wanted to meet her at a location in the 100 block of Church Road in Cedar Park. This was also the same place the victim had told police she had met Glass before.

According to police, Glass told the victim he wanted to have oral sex.

At 3:45 p.m., the suspect confirmed over text he was at the location. Police were waiting at the area and Glass was arrested for online solicitation of a minor.
