On Sept. 4, the victim told police that she saw the suspect leaving the female locker room she was about to enter. After she took a shower, she noticed a small blue light pointed in the direction of the shower area, police said. Upon further investigation, police said a spy camera was found concealed under a rolled cord of Christmas lights.

Baker retired from the Austin Fire Department after police began investigating the allegation against him.
