A Cedar Park bank teller allegedly stole more than $20,000 from a JPMorgan Chase & Co. bank, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by KVUE Monday.

Candie Losoya, 29, worked as a Lead Teller Operations Specialist at Chase Bank in Cedar Park from June 16, 2016 to Sept. 23, 2016. In that time, police believe she stole $20,199.66. Losoya has admitted to stealing the money twice, according to the affidavit.

Global Security & Investigations were the first to document and investigate the theft; Losoya gave them a written confession. On May 11, Losoya admitted to stealing the money during a recorded interview with the Cedar Park Police Department.

Losoya is being charged with violating Penal Code 31.03 Theft, which is a state jail felony.
