Austin police seek the public's assistance in tracking down a man accused of sexually assaulting a fast food worker in south Austin Sunday morning.
Police said at 6:30 a.m. on April 2, a Hispanic man entered an unlocked side door of a Burger King where two female employees were preparing food.
Police said the man showed a chrome-colored handgun before sexually assaulting one of the women.
Afterward, the man fled on foot, south of the building.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his late 20 to late 30s. Police said he has goatee style facial hair, a medium build, and is approximately 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans, black dress shoes and a green camo-colored bucket-style hat.
