LFL Beauty and Fitness owner, Montana Judd, will teach us how using a ball releases tension in our glutes. Doing this will help stretch out your glute muscles after leg day. All you will need for this exercise is yourself and a ball.

Trigger Point Glute Therapy

First, you will get a semi-firm ball and place it underneath one side of your glutes. Keep one leg raised with your heel tucked in tight to your body and the other leg extended out. Next, you will use your arms and legs to move your body around so that the ball rolls over the muscles in your glutes.
