In today's Exercise Minute, Montana Judd will teach us how to take pressure off of our feet by using a ball to stretch out our heels. This is a really good strengthening exercise for ladies that wear heels or for anyone who is on their feet all day. All you will need for this exercise is yourself and a small ball.

Foot therapy with a Ball

Start off by standing up and taking one shoe off. Next, place the small ball underneath your foot and start applying pressure to the area by pushing your foot down. Then, roll your foot around until you find the area in your foot that has the most tension and then hold that position for 30 to 90 seconds. Repeat the same steps for your other foot.
