Inside the Corolla was Kristian Nicole Guerrero, 24, and Fabian Guerrero-Moreno, 23, who were a married couple, according to the City of San Marcos. Geurrero-Moreno died shortly after the crash and Guerrero, who is five-months pregnant, was taken to St. David's South Austin Medical Center for treatment.

A family member told KAGS the unborn child didn't survive due to injuries from the crash and Guerrero suffered several injuries, including minor bleeding of the brain, but is recovering. Elliott was taken to a hospital for minor injuries, San Marcos police said.

According to police, Elliot told authorities she had just finished floating the river at Texas State Tubes, where she indulged in beer and liquor, before getting into her vehicle.

Witnesses at the scene also stated they saw Elliot outside of her car wearing a bikini while allegedly rolling a bottle of alcohol under a vehicle.

She was subsequently arrested and charged with one count of intoxication manslaughter and one count of intoxication assault.
