In today's Exercise Minute, trainer Justin Wecker will teach us how to do three core exercises. All you will need for this circuit is yourself and some sliders.

Slider Crunches

The first exercise will be slider crunches. Start off with your hands and knees on the floor. Next, place your hands on the sliders and push yourself forward while keeping your body and core stable and tight. Then, slide your body back to your knees and repeat these steps for 30 seconds followed by a 30-second break.

The second exercise will be bicycles. First, lay down with your back flat against the floor and your legs lifted up into a 90-degree angle. Next, place your hands behind your head with your elbows pointing out. Then, alternate by bringing your elbow to the opposite knee making bicycle motions. Do as many reps as you can within 30 seconds and then take a 30-second break.

The last exercise in this circuit will be Spider-Mans. Start off in the plank position on your hands and toes. Next, take one leg at a time and bring your right knee to your right elbow and then do the same for your left knee and left elbow. Make sure you are keeping your core nice and tight and crunching your side oblique. Do this for 30 seconds and then take a 30-second break. Repeat this circuit at least once more or as many times as you would like.

Have a great workout!
