Watch the Tom Petty tribute at ACL Fest that put everyone in the feels
The music world is still mourning the death of legend Tom Petty, including a crowd of music lovers at the Austin City Limits Music Festival.
The 66-year-old rock star died Monday, Oct. 2 after suffering from cardiac arrest.
To honor his contributions to the music world at ACL Fest Saturday night, the Red Bull Air Force Skydiving team jumped out of a plane while monitors and the PA system played the late singer's classic hit "Free Fallin" from his 2006 set at the festival, according to Austin 360.

One of the skydivers even brought a Texas flag on his way down, and sparklers lit up the darkening sky.
Many in the crowd pulled out their phones to commemorate the moment and sang along.
This tribute goes along with many others dedicated to the late singer during the festival. The Killers and The Red Hot Chili Peppers both dedicated songs to Petty during their performances.
