KVUE Allergy Forecast

One of the worst allergy seasons in Central Texas is caused by Ragweed (Ambrosia). Ragweed is a very common and widely distributed weed often visible along roads, in ditches, and in open fields. There are over a dozen recognized species to add to your misery. The weeds usually pollinate in late July, peaking in October, and may continue to produce pollen until early November or until the first freeze.
